Delivery times vary depending on the destination, the number of orders being processed and stock availability. Here are the estimates:
- Standard delivery: between 6 and 14 business days from the shipping date.
Please note that these times are given as a guide and may vary in the event of high demand or exceptional circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free delivery: available for orders shipped to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
- For all other destinations: shipping costs may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Order tracking is available. To check the status of your order, go to the footer of the site and click the tracking option. There you can enter your order number and follow your parcel in real time.
5. Delays and Shipping Problems
