Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the online store Simpsons Shop and any person making a purchase through the site simpsons-shop.com (hereinafter "the Buyer"). The site sells clothing and accessories inspired by the world of The Simpsons.

2. Ordering Process

To place an order, the Buyer must add the desired products to the cart and follow the online checkout steps. Once the order is confirmed and paid for, an order confirmation is sent by email. The sale is concluded on receipt of that confirmation email.

3. Prices and Taxes

The prices shown on simpsons-shop.com are in euros (€) and include all taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout, except for areas that qualify for free delivery.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Apple Pay

Payment is required in full at the time of the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver our products worldwide. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Delivery times range from 6 to 14 business days, depending on several factors, including:

  • The destination of the order,
  • The volume of orders being processed at the time of purchase,
  • Stock availability.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, they must contact customer service by email at contact@simpsons-shop.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, with their labels and original packaging.

Return costs are payable by the Buyer. Certain personalised and sale products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

7. Product Warranty

The products sold on simpsons-shop.com benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

8. Liability

Simpsons Shop cannot be held liable in the event of a stock shortage or product unavailability. Images and descriptions are provided as a guide; minor differences may exist between them and the product received.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Sarreguemines, located at: Place du Général Sibille
